Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ContentForger at contentforger.com, including the web app, the demo, the brief tool and the Agency API. ContentForger is operated by NorwegianSpark SA, Org no: 834 984 172, Tveitagarden 4, 5357 Fjell, Norway. Contact: thomaslien@norwegianspark.com.

1. The service

ContentForger generates web application code from your prompts using Anthropic's Claude models. The output is produced by AI and can contain mistakes, security issues or code that does not build. It is a starting point, not a finished product.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Settings or via your data rights.

3. Your code

Code you generate is yours. You may use it freely, including commercially. We claim no ownership. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing it before you deploy it, and for the licences of any packages it uses.

4. Plans and daily limits

• Free: 3 new apps a day (the first on Claude Sonnet 5.5, the next two on Claude Haiku 5.5) and 10 change requests.
• Pro, $29 a month: 100 apps a day on Claude Sonnet 5.5.
• Agency, $99 a month: 1,000 apps a day on Claude Opus 5.5 (Sonnet 5.5 via the API), white-label and API access.
• Free includes unlimited previews and one full code download; paid plans have unlimited downloads.

The daily count is a UTC calendar day and returns to zero at 00:00 UTC. A run counts when it starts, including runs you stop or that fail. Unused generations do not carry over. To protect the service there are also per-batch output ceilings, rate limits and a site-wide monthly capacity ceiling; when that ceiling is reached, generations pause for everyone until the first of the next month, UTC. 5. Billing and cancelling

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, billed by Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and no further payments are taken.

6. Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Email us from the address on your account. After that you can cancel at any time, but refunds are not available. This does not limit any rights you have under Norwegian or EU consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use ContentForger to:

• generate malware, phishing pages, spam tools or anything illegal
• build something that infringes another person's rights or impersonates a real person or company
• break Anthropic's usage policies
• get around the limits above, share accounts, or resell access outside the Agency plan

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep ContentForger running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for losses caused by code you deployed.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

10. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
