Your Data Rights

Under the GDPR you can request a copy of your data (access), a machine-readable export (portability), or deletion (erasure). NorwegianSpark SA responds within 30 days as required by GDPR Art 12(3).

Note: when you request erasure we cancel any active subscription but retain billing records for the period required by Norwegian tax law (bokføringsloven §13). All other personal data is removed.
